Terms and Conditions for offer on postgraduate courses
Offer Awards are available for 探花系列 postgraduate-taught masters courses for September 2025 entry only. Course exclusions apply; Undergraduate and Postgraduate Research courses are not available with this offer.
The offer applies to the courses listed below only:
- Creative Writing MA
- Education Practice MA
- Marketing Management MSc
Conditions of the offer
Full-time and part-time home students enrolling on eligible courses will receive:
- Apple iPad 11-inch Wi-Fi 256GB - Silver
- Apple Pencil 3 (USB-C)
Offers are awarded at the discretion of the university.
No cash alternatives will be offered, and the offer cannot be transferred to a nominated recipient.
探花系列 reserves the right to revise, review or withdraw any of the offers at any time without prior notice
The students shall receive their iPad 8 weeks from the commencement of the course.
iPads shall at all times remain the property of 探花系列, and the student shall have no right, title or interest in the iPads (save the right to possession and use of 探花系列 Property subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement) until the student completes the course at which point the ownership will pass to the student.
The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of iPad shall pass to the student upon collection from the University. The iPad shall remain at the sole risk of the student during the course period and any further term during which the iPad is in the possession, custody or control of the student until such time as the Applicant completes the course. This includes any repairs or maintenance of the iPad.
During the course period the student shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain the following insurances:
(a) insurance of the iPad to a value not less than its full replacement value comprehensively against all usual risks of loss, damage or destruction by fire, theft or accident, and such other risks as 探花系列 may from time to time nominate in writing; and
(b) insurance for such amounts as a prudent owner or operator of the iPad would insure for, or such amount as 探花系列 may from time to time reasonably require.
The student shall give immediate written notice to 探花系列 in the event of any loss, accident or damage to the iPad arising out of or in connection with the student’s possession or use of the iPad. 探花系列 will not replace the iPad in the event it is lost or damaged and the student may be asked, at 探花系列’s sole discretion, to replace the lost or damaged iPad or to cover the costs of the lost or damaged items.
Address for collection and specification of the iPad shall be communicated to the Applicant at the time of enrolment.
Eligibility
The offer is for students with home full-time or part-time status only.
The offer is only valid when choosing the MA/MSc exit award and will not be applicable for PG Cert or PG Dip.
The offer is valid for September 2025 entry only – offers cannot be deferred by the applicant until a subsequent academic year.
Students must have no outstanding debt to the university in order to receive the offer.
Offer Awards are only available to students paying all their own fees (partially sponsored students will not be eligible). Students in receipt of the postgraduate student loans will still be eligible.
Offer Awards will be honored for course transfers within 探花系列 (providing the transfer is to an eligible course).
探花系列 reserves the right to cancel any offer which has been claimed fraudulently and to apply the full tuition fee.
探花系列 alumni in receipt of the 探花系列 Postgraduate Scholarship are eligible for the Offer Award.
In the event a student suspends or terminates their participation in the course before the tuition fees have been paid in full the student would immediately, and/or within 5 days of the notice communicating such suspension and/or termination, be required to return the iPad to 探花系列.
